I am trained to use coaching and counselling skills which means that I can hold emotional distress while also helping you to move positively and actively towards something you want to achieve.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy

IEMT is a brief change model that helps to process difficult emotions and memories.

It often works on issues that clients have had for years and that other therapies and treatments did not address.

My name is Gosia. I offer a Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Coaching from a transpersonal perspective. I am also an IEMT Practitioner. Originally from Poland, I have lived in the UK for over 10 years now.

I am trained to use coaching and counselling skills which means that I can hold an emotional distress while also helping you to move positively and actively towards something you want to achieve.

Having gone through my own therapeutic journey, I have identified the most useful tools to assist you in the healing process. I use them to help you identify patterns in your life that are no longer serving you to live a complete and fulfilling life. I feel honoured to be able to bring these tools into your life now.
